Indio Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related pavement services to residential and commercial customers in the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. Services are performed by our team or by qualified subcontractors acting under our direction. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project at our discretion, including projects that present unsafe conditions or that fall outside our scope of service.
All estimates are provided in writing and are based on conditions observed at the time of assessment. An estimate is not a final contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement. Prices may change if:

Once a project is scheduled, we commit resources and equipment in advance. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate schedule adjustments.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will contact you as early as possible to arrange an alternative date. No charges will apply for company-initiated rescheduling.
Payment terms are outlined in the written service agreement for each project. In general:
Disputes about invoices must be raised in writing within 5 business days of receipt. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns promptly.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty coverage applicable to your project will be specified in your written service agreement. Warranty coverage is subject to the following limitations:
